Fatmire Bekiri holds a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich. She is heading the Tokenization Department at Sygnum Bank, the world’s first digital asset bank, focusing on bringing assets onto public blockchains using Sygnum’s proprietary primary market issuance platform, Desygnate.


Stefan Edelmann
Organization: Sygnum Bank AG


Stefan Edelmann leads the Asset Management Business Development team at Sygnum, helping clients to invest in digital assets and integrate these assets into traditional investment portfolios. He brings over a decade of experience in investment advisory and business development for global investment firms. In his previous roles at UBS, BlackRock and Nordea, he managed key relationships with Swiss and international investors covering investment solutions across all asset classes. Stefan is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder and holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).


Kasper Luyckx
Organization: Crypto Finance AG


Kasper is a distinguished expert in the realm of digital assets and tokenization, currently serving as the Head of Tokenization and Crypto Infrastructure at Crypto Finance, a key subsidiary of Deutsche Borse Group, headquartered in Zurich. With an illustrious career dedicated to advancing financial innovation, Kasper spearheads the development and oversight of Crypto Finance's storage infrastructure. Under his leadership, this infrastructure has become the trusted choice of several leading banks for safeguarding crypto assets valued in the billions, as well as other digital assets. Prior to assuming his role at Crypto Finance, Kasper held a prominent position at UBS, where he led the institution's foray into the digital asset landscape. Recognized as a pioneer in the field, Kasper played a pivotal role in pioneering UBS's tokenization initiatives. Notably, he was instrumental in the successful launch of various early stage products, including tokenized structured financial instruments and precious metals.


Andra Maute
Organization: Swiss Fintech Innovations Association


Andra is a Strategist, Web3 Evangelist and Lecturer for Digital Assets. She is a thought-leader in the digital business ecosystems space. She is also Co-Director and Head of DLT at Swiss Fintech Innovations Association with focus on “Tokenization of Assets”, as well as Advisory Board Member of Cyverse AG. Andra has extensive experience in leading diverse teams, in large scale digital transformation and data migration-projects in the Financial Services industry. Previous employers: Axa, Airbus and Accenture.


Gabriele Quargnali
Organization: Aquis Capital Ltd.


Gabriele works as an Investment Analyst at AQUIS Capital in the team that manages two global multi-strategy Funds of Hedge Funds. In his role, he sources investment ideas across the hedge fund space and focuses on portfolio construction and due diligence. Prior to this experience, he worked as an ESG project analyst in a global bank based in Zurich and started his career in the Global Asset and Wealth Management Research Department at PwC Luxembourg. He is deeply passionate about the alternative investment industry with a keen interest for emerging asset classes. Gabriele holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Trieste.


Matt Schaffnit

Matt Schaffnit is a mission-driven team builder & servant leader dedicated to driving positive change. With over 20 years of hands-on experience across diverse industries including finance, education, technology, and entrepreneurship, he has built strong, long-term relationships in several sectors of the global marketplace. Passionate about education and ecosystem building, he finds fulfillment in mentoring and empowering young professionals to unlock their potential. As the Chief Financial & Operating Officer of the Casper Association, Matt is at the forefront of building the decentralized economy and fostering blockchain technology adoption. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant (2010) as well as CFA charter holder (2015).
