Is it Still About Location, Location, Location?

Tuesday, April 18, 2023

For decades, commercial real estate has been an industry built around local fundamentals and submarket dynamics. Is that still the case today as macro forces such as an aging population, shifting interest rates, and post-pandemic trends disrupt many other sectors of the economy?

Please join us on April 18th as we explore the factors impacting the commercial real estate industry today. Our panelists, representing expertise across an array of asset classes and industry verticals, will connect macro trends, including demographics, the Federal Reserve, and a changing consumer, to the decision-making process of real estate professionals in today’s unique environment.
