Maylix Brianto
Organization: Banque SYZ Group


Maylix Brianto is an Economist with master’s in Finance and an MBA with specialization in International Business Management. She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder and Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA). Currently, she is working for an award-winning Wealth Manager in Geneva. Previously, she worked at Banque SYZ within the Discretionary Portfolio Manager and the LATAM department. Also, she worked at Société Générale for the EAM desk and at JP Morgan in the Hedge Funds trading team in Switzerland. Before, she did an internship/consultancy at the Inter American Bank in Washington, D.C. in USA and worked for the Central Bank and the Stock Exchange as financial & economic research in Venezuela. She is member of European Federation of Financial Analyst and of the Executive Committee of the CAIA Geneva Chapter.


Agnese Cillo
Organization: Novum Capital Partners


Agnese joined Novum Capital Partners in 2024 as a Private equity & Venture Capital Fund Manager. She previously worked at Decisive Capital Management as Venture Capital & Growth Analyst focusing on direct tech investments. Prior to this, she was an M&A Analyst in Gerald Metals and Banque Profil de Gestion (One Swiss Bank). Agnese started her career at European Investment Fund as Venture Capital Fund Investments Analyst.   Agnese is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds a MSc. In Economics from Cattolica University in Milan. She also holds a Private Markets Certificate from Oxford University SBS, as well as a Postgraduate Master in Private Equity from IFBL.


Marouane Daho
Organization: Iteram Capital SA


Marouane is a portfolio manager and analyst at ITERAM and a member of the investment committee. His main responsibilities are to source managers and manage the company’s hedge fund portfolios. Prior to joining ITERAM, he was in charge of hedge funds and private market investments at a single-family office in Geneva. He started his career at Lyxor Asset Management in Paris as a hedge fund analyst. Marouane graduated from NEOMA Business School with a MSc in Finance.


Beatriz Diaz
Organization: JPMorgan (Suisse) SA


Beatriz works at J.P. Morgan Suisse as the Latam Head of Investments and Advisory in Geneva. In this capacity, she is responsible for a team of very experienced professionals serving clients across all markets in Latinamerica. Beatriz took over this role after having spent 10 years working at Citi Private Bank in Geneva where she was an investment counsellor covering all markets in the region. Prior to Citi, Beatriz spent 15 years working at JP Morgan. She started in Madrid working for institutional clients in the fixed income trading department, then moved to London as part of the credit risk team within the trading business. She got to Geneva to work for the Private Bank within the lending team and later, transition to the EMEA investor team where she covered the Iberian market. Beatriz holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). She is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and completed the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing. Being a Spanish native speaker, Beatriz is also fluent in Portuguese, English and French.


Ioanna Exarchou
Organization: Pictet Alternative Advisors S.A.


Ioanna Exarchou is Head of Investor Relations – Direct Real Estate at Pictet Alternative Advisors SA. She joined Pictet in 2014, initially as an Alternative Investment Specialist with a focus on hedge funds. Ioanna started her career in diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece and then in the non-profit sector in Geneva. Prior to joining Pictet, she headed the admissions department of EU Business School Geneva and was responsible for recruitment and sales in Switzerland, Italy, Monaco and the CIS countries. Ioanna holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a major in Geopolitics from the Geneva School of Diplomacy and an Executive MBA from EU Business School (Magna cum Laude). She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder and member of the Executive Committee of the CAIA Geneva Chapter.


Maxime Glasson
Organization: NOVUM CAPITAL PARTNERS SA


Maxime joined Novum Capital Partners in 2022 and is responsible for the Hedge Fund and Alternative Investments. Previously he spent 6 years at J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management, most recently as a Portfolio Manager in charge of the Portfolio/Research & Relationship Management for customised Hedge Fund mandates covering UHNW and Institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He started his career in 2013 within the Hedge Fund Operations unit of J.P. Morgan International Private Bank. Maxime holds a Master of Science in Finance from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
