Takashi Kisu(木須貴司)Mr. Kisu is a senior consultant of Nomura Securities Fiduciary Service Center, engaging in consulting and research for mainly DB and DC plan sponsors. He is also part of the solution group of the department, engaging in the development of the investment consulting service. Prior to joining Nomura in 2012, He was at Daido life insurance company, focusing on the investment planning. He received MSc from Osaka University.

Yuichi Alex Takayama(高山裕一 ) Business Development, Misaki Capital Former CAIA Japan Chapter Head Yuichi Alex Takayama has recently appointed as Head of Business Development at Misaki Capital. Prior to that, he accumulated his professional career in the asset management industry for more than 20 years working for Tokio Marine Asset Management, Mizuho Trust and Banking and Mitsui Trust and Banking mainly in London and Tokyo. Through his career, he has been responsible for the international side of the business such as managing international equity portfolio, analysing international companies as an analyst, developing and extending international product promotion and running European office as a regional CEO. He received his Bachelor of Art in Economics from Keio University and Master of Business Administration from Cass Business School City University in London. In addition to holding the CAIA designation, Alex also holds CMA (Chartered Member of Security Analyst Association in Japan) designation. He is a keen swimmer and a runner often ventures taking part in open water swimming competition.


Yoshinobu Yarita


Yoshinobu Yarita (鎗田良信) Founder and CEO of Japan Alternative Investment Research Institute CAIA Japan Chapter Head Yoshinobu Yarita is the founder and CEO of Japan Alternative Investment Research Institute and the Senior Adviser to CFO of Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings. He has almost 35 years of experience in financial industry and almost 20 years of private equity business. Previously, he was Managing Director of PAG from 2016 to 2020, engaging private equity investment business at its Japan office. Prior to joining PAG, He worked with Nomura for almost 30 years from 1987 to 2016 and experienced various business such as private equity investment, investment banking, wealth management and research. In addition to his CAIA designation, he is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA). He holds a BA in Economics from Yokohama National University. He enjoys scuba diving for nearly 40 years.
