On Friday, October 23, we welcome you to join our Information Session where our speakers; Manan Vaishnav, CAIA, CAIA India Chapter Executive and Vice President, Listed Derivatives Sales, Deutsche Equities India, Shreekant Daga, CAIA, CFA, FRM, Associate Director, Liaison Office India, CAIA Association and Jainendra Shandilya, CAIA, CAIA India Chapter Head, will explore and review information about the CAIA Association and our flagship program, the CAIA Charter Designation program as well answering all your questions on the CAIA Charter program, and how it can benefit you in your career!

Shreekant Daga
Organization: CAIA Association
Shreekant is a CAIA, CFA and FRM charter holder. Shreekant pursued Bachelor’s in Management from Narsee Monjee College and later did his Master’s in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). He also holds a Master’s in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is an alumnus of BSE Training Institute. He has also acquired several certificates from the NSE.
Shreekant has more than 5 years of experience in Structured Finance. His experience encompasses investment banking, handling recovery in stressed assets, ABS deal and rating evaluation, stressed assets and mutual fund rating. In mid-2018, he joined the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association, India liaison office as Associate Director, Business Development.
Shreekant has been a visiting faculty at JBIMS and is also involved in mentoring and evaluating year-long projects for Mumbai University. He is a contributor to academic research and has 4 research papers presented and published at international forums and journals respectively.

Manan has worked at Deutsche Bank for over 14 years.
He is an experienced Derivatives Sales Trader for Equity, Index & Currency Derivatives, having strong working relationships with Institutional Investors in addition to skills such as trade execution, relationship building, client engagement and bespoke analysis using Bloomberg and MS Excel.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Master's Degree in Finance and the CAIA Charter.
Besides work, Manan likes high altitude mountain trekking, having completed the Sar Pass trek (Shivalik Range) and Roopkund trek (Gangotri Range, Nanda Devi ecosystem) in the Himalayas.
